After enrollment, students receive immediate access to live classes. Because digital content is accessible instantly, refunds cannot be provided.
Students are responsible for attending scheduled live classes. Missed classes due to personal reasons will not qualify for refunds. However, recordings or additional resources may be provided when available.
In rare situations such as technical issues on our platform preventing course access, our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Any unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of the student account and loss of course access.
